Add or remove users to your account. Change your password, language, or email notification settings.

 

 

 

  • Go to My Settings by clicking your company name in the upper right of your dashboard, or by clicking here.
  • Enter a new name or email address.
  • Enter your current password under Old Password.
  • Click Save.

  • Enter your current password under Old Password.
  • Enter a new password.
  • Retype your new password.
  • Click Save.
If you change your Chartboost account password, your user signature will also be reset. To avoid API request failures after password resets, go to the API Explorer page to find your new user signature. Learn more about Chartboost API ▶

  • Select a language from the dropdown.
  • Click Save.

  • Go to My Settings by clicking your company name in the upper right of your dashboard, or by clicking here.
  • Find the Email Alerts section.
  • Uncheck all the email notifications you wish to unsubscribe from.

General Alerts: General alerts about your account – daily budget reached, new app created, etc.
Daily Network Email: A daily summary of your vital spend and performance metrics in network publishing and advertising campaigns.
Monthly Newsletter: A collection of blog posts to provide you with better business insights and industry updates.
Billing and Payments: Any emails related to your publisher earnings or advertising balance.
Network Notice: Alerts you to new advertisers in the network and gives you a sample of their creatives which will appear in your app.

  • The Notifications tab shows important messages from Chartboost regarding your account balance, SDK integration, and more. Click the megaphone icon at the top of your dashboard to view your Chartboost notifications.
  • Filter your notifications by category using the dropdown. Categories include Balance, Campaign, Direct Deals, SDK, Welcome, and Other.

  • Go to the User Management tab in your dashboard.
  • Click Add to add a new user to your account.
  • Enter the new user's name and email address.
  • Enter a new password for this new user, then retype the password to confirm it.
  • Decide which of the following permissions to give this new user. Some permissions can be combined:

Admin: The user can do anything in your account. Be careful who becomes an admin!
Apps: The user can add and manage apps but not campaigns or Direct Deals.
Campaigns: The user can add and manage campaigns but not apps or Direct Deals.
Marketplace: The user can browse the Direct Deals Marketplace, or view and send messages and connection requests.
Read Only: The user can view apps, campaigns, and the Direct Deals Marketplace, but can't edit anything. This permission can't be combined with others.

  • Choose which email notifications the new user will receive.
  • Click the checkmark icon to save the new user.
  • Click the pencil icon at any time to edit a user's details.
  • Click the block icon to delete a user from your account.
